The only green place in Antarctica: In a small greenhouse without windows, all sorts of plants are grown. Even though it is too small to supply the whole base, it delivers an important part of the vitamins for the inhabitants of McMurdo. The greenhouse is never locked, and if someone feels like being surrounded by something green, they can come here and replenish. A hammock is set up, so it is possible to almost feel like at home on the deck (like I said, almost).
